🍎 Eating Well on a Budget

What you eat directly affects how you feel — energy levels, concentration, mood.

       Aim for vegetables, protein, and complex carbs at most meals.

       Meal prep on Sundays. Cook a big batch of rice, pasta, or soup and portion it out — saves time, money and mental energy all week.

       Frozen vegetables are just as nutritious as fresh, and far cheaper.

       Drink more water. Most people are mildly dehydrated, which affects concentration and mood.

       Alcohol is a depressant. If you're already feeling low, it will make things worse the next day.
