Social media isn't inherently bad — but it's designed to keep you scrolling, not to make you happy.
• Comparison is the thief of joy. You're seeing everyone's highlight reel, not their actual life.
• Unfollow accounts that consistently make you feel bad about yourself. Be ruthless.
• Set time limits on apps. The default ones on your phone actually work.
• Don't post things you'd be embarrassed by in 5 years. The internet has a long memory.
• If someone is making you uncomfortable online, you can block without explanation. You owe no one access.
