• Saying no is a complete sentence. You don't always need to explain or justify it.
• Identify draining people vs energising people in your life. You get to choose how much access each gets.
• Loneliness is normal and temporary. Don't make permanent decisions when lonely.
• Solitude is different from loneliness. Time alone to recharge is healthy and important.
• Check in on your mates. A simple 'how are you actually doing?' can mean everything to someone struggling.
